Formation Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

Formation M&E installations are undertaken by our expert team of highly technical and knowledgable engineers, experienced in working on bespoke installations. We plan incredibly effectively, ensuring the infrastructure at the heart of the business is safe, reliable, efficient and cost effective.

Formation’s M&E systems installed, make a commercial property work better and more efficiently.

Formation M&E undertake the following:

  • Full M&E design and coordination
    • Prepare a full range of technical drawings – incorporating BIM, 3D design and CAD.
    • Site surveys and validation reports.
    • Fully-realised designs from concept through to installation, O&M manuals and aftercare.
