This housing-led regeneration project secured the long term viability of a young people's boxing school in Hackney. Working in partnership with the club, the tight, corner site has been fully redeveloped to include 19 new flats, the sale of which has funded brand new facilities for the Lion Club with the introduction of generous new basement level space.
