This permitted development converts a brick warehouse and office building into 58 flats and duplexes for private sale and rent. The buildings have been upgraded to meet Part L of the Building Regulations, all the windows have been replaced with metal-framed windows and, wherever possible, beams and trusses have been left exposed in keeping with the industrial aesthetic. A large portion of the warehouse roof has been removed to create an open courtyard at the centre allowing dual aspect flats with improved daylighting and circulation with a flat portion of roof converted into a green roof with flats overlooking it.
